Orders
Order
requests are responded to within 48
hours, with either a price quote or a
request for more information.
Once a quote has been given, the client
accepts and payment is received, a
preliminary image when completed, will be
sent to the client for approval with in a
specified time frame.
50% of the quoted price is due at the start
of a job with the balance due at completion.
Should client for whatever reason cancel
their order once preliminary work has begun
a deposit is non-refunable.
Artwork is based on clients description
and requirements.
One revision change to preliminary art
is permitted at no charge. Additional
preliminary changes are $15 USD. One
minor change to final art is permitted at no
charge. ( minor being slight
modifications to shapes and colors )
Additional changes to final artwork are at
$25 USD.
Colors - Client is responsible for specific
color matching requirements such as,
Pantone, RGB, CYMK, ect.
Orders are delivered via E-mail, Download
Link and or Mailed Hard Copy.
All images created for clients are kept on
file for a 24 month period, from the date of
last activity.
Lost art - Contact us and we will be glad to
send a copy providing it is within the 24
month period.

Pre Packaged Site Sales - On the
rare occasion our merchant processor may not
send the information of your transaction to
our system, so your order may not be
automatically activated. Therefore, if you
have made a purchase and you are not able to
access your order, send a support request
to:
service@hotflak.com.
Please note that after a successful purchase
we will send you an email including a link
to our download section. Links are available
for 24 Hours after purchase.
Fees
All fees
are negotiated up front and include one (1)
revision change. Rework or changes in
addition to the
aforementioned shall incur additional fees
which will negotiated prior to start.
Hard copies of images and art will incur a
postal fee - to be determined.
Legal

Graphics
- Images created for clients, become the
property of the client at the close of the
job.
- Hot Flak / MEG Blue claims authorship but
releases any interests to the image(s).
- Client is responsible of obtaining any
trademark rights to images created.
Remote Sales
- Hot Flak images imprinted on
merchandise at remote sites such as (
Zazzle®, Cafe Press®, ect.) are
the responsibility of the site selling said merchandise.
- Any issues with remote sales will be
handled by that site.
Pre Packaged Graphics
- The images contained in collections
may be used for commercial, educational &
personal purposes.
- The images contained in collections
can not be resold or redistributed in any
way.
- All images contained in collections
remain the property of MEG Blue and/or
Michael Goss.
- You may not claim Authorship to any image
contained in this collection.
Alterations / Modifications
You are free to alter or modify images in collections as you desire.
Unauthorized Usage
MEG Blue does not authorize the
redistribution or resale of any of the
images contained in these collections,
modified or unmodified, via website, digital
media or print without prior written consent
from MEG Blue.
Liability
MEG Blue and/or Hotflak.com assumes no
liability or warranty of any kind for the
products distributed. User assumes all
liability. All sales are final.
